Blending a dynamic career spanning military and diplomatic service, college faculty, as well as senior leadership roles in IT and Talent Development, I offer a unique depth and range of expertise in assessing and creating leadership, team, and organizational success. As a Professional Certified Coach, my goal is to unleash the inherent wisdom of my clients. I employ a process of assessment, direct observation and inquiry to help you become a more effective leader. My coaching clients advance their abilities to listen, to communicate effectively, and to achieve results with greater confidence.
As the architect of award-winning learning, leadership, and organizational development solutions, I consult, design and facilitate organizational and people transformations for Fortune 500 companies, Government agencies as well as non-profits and start-ups in the U.S. , Latin America and Europe. As a certified Master Instructor, facilitator and university faculty, I have developed and delivered over 1500 hours of coursework, workshops, and presentations on leadership, management, team building, emotional intelligence and organizational culture.
I hold a Bachelor's degree from the U.S. Naval Academy, earned an MBA from Penn State, completed postgraduate studies on leadership, change and adult development at Harvard, and have Graduate Certifications in Leadership Coaching and Organizational Development from Georgetown University. I am certified to administer Emotional Intelligence, MBTI, DiSC and other psychometric and behavioral assessments.
