Blending a dynamic career that spans military and diplomatic service, college faculty, as well as senior leadership roles in IT, HR and Talent Development, I offer a unique depth and range of expertise in assessing and creating leadership, team, and organizational success.
As a Professional Certified Coach, my goal is to unleash the inherent wisdom of my clients. I use assessments, direct observation and inquiry to help you become a more effective leader. Through coaching leaders often advance their ability to listen, communicate effectively, and achieve results with greater confidence. Many of my clients describe my coaching style as direct, supportive and results-oriented.
As the architect of award-winning learning, leadership, and organizational development solutions, I consult, design and facilitate organizational and people transformations for Fortune 500 companies, government agencies as well as non-profits and start-ups in the U.S. , Latin America and Europe. As a certified Master Instructor, facilitator and university faculty, I developed and delivered over 1500 hours of coursework, workshops, and presentations on leadership, management, team-building, emotional intelligence and organizational culture.
I am proud to have graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy, and earned Master's Degrees in IT and Business Administration while serving in the U.S. Navy. Following my Navy career, I completed postgraduate studies on leadership, change and adult development at Harvard, as well as earning Graduate Certifications in Leadership Coaching and Organizational Development from Georgetown University. To support my clients, I am certified to administer Emotional Intelligence, MBTI, DiSC and other psychometric and behavioral assessments.
